The Crossings Master Association is a Covenant Controlled Master Association in the Lake Mary area of Seminole County. Convenience is one of the key attributes of The Crossings. The Association provides municipal-type services to residents of The Crossings. The services are funded through annual assessments, paid by property owners, allocated through The Crossings Master community association. The Crossings is made up of distinct neighborhoods offering an attractive mix of home styles and price ranges, located only 1-2 miles from I-4, 15 miles from downtown Orlando, 30 miles to the Orlando International airport, and minutes from surrounding Malls. The Association’s responsibilities are to promote the recreation, health, safety and welfare of the residence and for the improvement, operation and maintenance of the Common Area.

What does Crossings Master Association do for it's owners?
The Crossings Master is in charge of the landscaping for all the Crossings Master-owned property, which encompasses a large part of our community. This includes maintaining one of the largest irrigation systems in the state of Florida, which waters all Master-owned property and the entrances to all of the subdivisions as well. The Board also hires off-duty Seminole County Sheriff’s Deputies to patrol the community during peak hours for enhanced security. When any issues are reported to the Crossings Master Board, we contact the Sheriff’s Office to pay extra attention. For example, a complaint came in from one of our communities that there was an unsafe school bus stop due to the way the parents were parking. Sheriff’s deputies went to the area for several weeks, ensuring that parents were parking in a safe manner. Also, the Crossings Master sprays for mosquitoes and treats all of the lakes so all of us can enjoy being outside year round.
